In symbolic perspective the physical structures are believed to depict meaning authority and space. In conclusion based on the discussion above I will prefer Sridhar’s management theories for understanding and classifying organization theory. Sridhar’s arguments are easy to explore and deduce. They follow a logical sequence in demonstrating the dynamics of organizational theory. On the contrary Hutch and Cunliffe’s perspectives are not consistent with the multifaceted nature of the organizational theory.
